Job Summary
- Maintain office operations by organizing and maintaining administrative routines and implementing daily procedures
- Design and implement office and company policies by establishing new standards, procedures and requirements
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
- Maintain and manage staff information database including preparation of payroll and basic accounting
- Assist with sourcing and hiring new staff, including correspondence, group and one on one interviews

Training & Experience

- Must possess intimate knowledge of office technology and software, including Windows & Microsoft Office, as well as ability to quickly adapt to new programs and tools

Employment Details

Field Supervisor & Crew Leader
Job Description
Monster Crew Leaders are responsible to direct and supervise a team of snowfighters in the efficient clearing and deicing of private roads, parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, walkways, steps, etc...
You will be assigned a list of sites in Toronto, for which you will remain responsible throughout the entire winter.
You will also be responsible to coordinate support tasks such as maintenance, product delivery and stocking, quality control troubleshooting, staff scheduling, etc...
This position requires the successful applicant to work on an on-call basis with irregular hours, often overnight, so an open schedule is a must.
Applicants must be available and committed to work on very short notice, at all times of the day and night, as dictated by the weather and operational response requirements.
Job Summary

Job Duties
- Minimum of 3 years commercial snow removal experience, with experience in a managerial or supervisory role considered an asset

- Minimum 5 years of insured driving experience with a G-level license
- Clean Driver’s Abstract (one minor infraction is okay)
- Excellent winter driving abilities with any type of automatic transmission vehicle, often in tight or narrow quarters
- Good verbal and written interpersonal communication skills

Assist and be part of a small, intimate team of snowfighters (1-3 people) in the efficient clearing and deicing of private roadways, parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, walkways, steps, etc..., in a safe and efficient manner. You will be assigned a team leader, who will direct you in providing snow clearing and deicing to various properties in Toronto. You will be responsible to perform such tasks as clearing snow with a snow blower or shovel, spreading ice melter by hand or push-spreader, lifting heavy bags or buckets of ice melter into the back of a pickup truck, etc... This position requires the successful applicant to work on an on-call basis with irregular hours, often overnight, so an open schedule is a must. Applicants must be available and committed to work on very short notice, at all times of the day and night, as dictated by the weather and operational response requirements. This position requires the successful applicant to be physically fit.
