Job Summary

Senior Team Leader, Expert Operator & HD Plow Truck Driver
Job Description
Monster Sr. Team Leaders are the cream of the crop when it comes
to expert snow and ice maintenance. As a Sr. Team Leader, you would be
responsible to expertly direct and supervise a number of snowfighters
(3-6 people) in the efficient and effective clearing and deicing of
private roads, parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, walkways, steps,
and whatever other paved surfaces require service.
As an experienced, heavy-duty operator, you will be assigned a short
list of expert-level, demanding commercial or residential sites in
Toronto, for which you and your well-managed team will remain
responsible throughout the entire winter.
You will also be responsible to assist in support tasks such as basic
equipment maintenance, product delivery and stocking, quality control
troubleshooting, staff scheduling, etc...
This position requires the successful applicant to work on an on-call
basis with irregular hours, often overnight, so an open schedule is a
must.

as basic equipment maintenance and ice control product deliveries.
This position requires the successful applicant to work on an on-call
basis with irregular hours, often overnight, so an open schedule is a

Monster Jr. Team Leaders lack experience driving snow plow trucks,
however they are all very eager to impress and even quicker to learn a
new skill! As a Jr. Team Leader, you would receive a ton of one on
one, personal training when you first join our team. Jr. Team Leaders
have the opportunity to train on the job, with senior level staff who
will be responsible for their growth and maximizing their potential to
become a fully fledged Site Operator. Jr. Team Leaders are required to
call on all of their previous outdoor labour experience in order to
learn the art of commercial snow plowing with Monster. As skills
develop, Jr. Team Leaders eventually graduate to become responsible to
direct and supervise a small team of snowfighters (if any) in the
efficient and effective clearing and deicing of private roads, parking
lots, driveways, sidewalks, walkways, steps, and whatever other paved
surfaces require service.
Once sufficiently trained and proven to be capable of carrying out
their new found destiny, Jr. Team Leaders will be assigned a list of

need snowblowing or shovelling, in a safe and efficient manner. You
will be assigned to the crew of a Team Leader, who will direct you in
carrying out snow clearing and deicing to a small list of commercial
and residential properties in Toronto. You will be responsible to
perform such tasks as clearing snow with a snow blower or shovel,
spreading ice melter by hand or push-spreader, lifting heavy bags or
buckets of ice melter into the back of a pickup truck, and any other
duties that may be needed in performing commercial snow and ice
maintenance work. This position requires the successful applicant to
work on an on-call basis with irregular hours, often overnight, so an
